Stuart was born in Wandsworth on December 27th, 1970. His father Tom was a local dustman while his mum, Pat, worked in Boots in the Arndale for over 20 years.

Stuart and his sister Vicki went to Allfarthing Primary School in Wandsworth: the same school their mother attended and where Stuart is now a Governor.

Stuart joined the Labour Party in 1987 and after holding several party positions was in 1998 selected as a council candidate for Tooting ward, which includes St George's Hospital.

The environment has always been Stuart's political passion and he was immediately appointed Labour's Speaker on this portfolio, which includes the state of the borough's streets, recycling and parks.

Christian has lived nearly all his life in Putney: on Highlands Heath at the top of Putney Hill or in one of the developments off Putney Heath.

Recently graduated from Bristol University, Christian is now working in the family business.

As a long-term Putney local Christian is strongly opposed to the Conservative-led attempts to overdevelop the area with massive blocks of unaffordable homes.

He said: "the development threat is a clear and present danger to Putney - and this election is the only chance you have to elect local councillors who'll take our area down a different path.

"In four years time it will be too late: Putney will be submerged beneath skyscrapers and groaning under the weight of even more congestion, pollution and strain on public services.

Dominic is a partner in a consultancy providing corruption-busting advice to governments around the world.

Living in Girdwood Road by the edge of East Putney, Dominic is a typical Putney professional, using local public transport regularly.

If elected your councillor he'll working hard with Stuart King on implementing our manifesto for commuters and tackling the shocking levels of pollution in Putney High Street. Dominic said:

"Pollution at the levels we suffer in our high street damages lungs and cause breathing problems, notably for children and pensiones. We in Labour have had a plan for Putney for years just witing to be implemented, while the Tories have sat back and allowed our high street to become the most polluted in London."

Gemma lives in East Putney ward and works in Parliament as a researcher to a Labour MP, where she specialises in health and housing policy.

She is concerned about the Conservative record on East Putney's housing estates. For example, the children's play area on the Lower Ashburton estate has recently been allowed to run into a very poor state.

Gemma is also concerned about Conservative Wandsworth's parking operation - one that is highly efficient at taking residents' money but seemingly incapable of providing a reasonable level of customer service!
